Newly decorated and clean small hotel. Marvellous and unbeatable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Waikiki Beach. The rooms with a/c.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, always there to assist. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and not too far from the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The noise was a major issue. We could hear our neighbors showering and every time they opened or closed their door.

The location was particularly good and magnificent - walking distance to bars and restaurants. For shots visit Papacho's, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Conveniently situated and reasonably priced accommodation. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach front and has a very friendly staff. The room I stayed in had a fan, which was very helpful in the heat. The hotel also provided a refrigerator in the room. Good quality internet and cable TV were a plus.

The premises are slightly worn out and there is no variation in breakfast. Also, drinking water or a water fountain is not included.

Breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right without any extra costs. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near Av. Larco and the Larcomar commercial district, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine and exceeded my expectations.
